Had a great time here at this hotel with a large group of us in for a concert! The front desk staff were wonderful!

The front desk clerk, Ebony, was extremely helpful with directions and hints and was such a pleasant person to talk with. The room was comfortable and wi-fi connected. The surrounding area included a variety of dining options. Easy in, easy out.

Hotel grounds were average - lobby was exceptional - room had a damp musty odor
it was clean but seemed to an older property that was being updated. Refrigerator was not turned on and neither was the room A/C. We had made reservations well in advance so these things should have been made ready for us.
Maybe would give this location another try - sometimes one stay does not give a full picture

I can honestly tell anyone that the past reviews are exactly that "PAST REVIEWS". I had a wonderful time in Diamondhead, but staying at the newly remodeled Econo Lodge completed the whole trip. The rooms were quiet, very clean and elegantly decorated. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the stay there was comfortable. There is also complimentary breakfast (not talking about donuts and coffee), and a very nice "CLEAN" pool. This is the ONLY place you want to stay when in Diamondhead, MS.
