Dingy rooms, towels are thradbare and dirty, 6 bug bites and thats before I went to bed, few guests but they could only give us a smoking room, noisy even without many guests, decore is circa 70 B.C., I travel a lot, most Motel 6 properties put this place to a TKA before to first round bell rings

We chose this hotel because we wanted to be in an area where we could find lodging, dining and entertainment all within walking distance in a remote location. This suited our needs and more. The layout was unique and the service was very good. We will be back here for sure.

This used to be a nice hotel, but nothing has been done to it since its construction in the 70's. As my brother remarked, it is fine for a $26 per night hotel. Unfortunately, they charge markedly more than this. This is a dump in every respect.

When we arrived at Diamondhead Resort, we were greeted with a pleasant and smiling face. The Manager, Ms. Tyra, was very professional and helpful with pointing out different attractions in the coastal area. The room was clean and made for a very quiet and comfortable stay. I liked the location as it is easy access the Interstate 10. The indoor salt water pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The lounge was a good hangout for an after hours good time. I would suggest a stay at this Resort for a quiet getaway.
