Front desk clerk was uninterested and unfriendly. Room was just a plain, basic hotel room. Breakfast was decent, but on Sunday morning they ran out of yogurt, fruit and milk, and never replenished the supply. The kids enjoyed cooling off in the pool, and there was an ample supply of pool towels. The halls smelled of cigarette smoke. Overall a three star place to stay, the problem is there a very few hotels in Cleveland. Avoid the EconoLodge at all costs, it is horrible. I go by price and between Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn and Comfort Inn, the Comort Inn usually wins. But you get what you pay for.
