The room is clean and the AC works great. The property was once a Holiday Inn with exterior corridors. The rate is modest and the hotel is great for a night or two while working or traveling. The area behind the hotel is questionable; however, the entire property is surrounded by a privacy fence and there were no questionable characters walking on or through the property. I will definitely stay here again while in Cleveland. There are nicer and newer properties on the north side of town if you want to spend $90+ per night.

I stayed at this property from December 1-8, 2007. I was really amazed by the cleanliness of the property and the cleanliness of the lobby. The front desk clerk were very courteous. I stayed in the executive suite and it was wonderful. When I entered the room, it smelled like fresh roses. The bed was made up great and the furniture was sparkling. This room had a kitchen area equipped with a sove , micowave, and a refrigerator. I felt as if I were at home. I was able to cook at night instead of eating out. During the day we ate at Madear's (Days Inn onsite restaurant). Their lunch buffet had a variety of different foods and the prices were great. My husband and I chose this hotel because this is the only hotel with an onsite restaurant, largest pool and conference room along with the great prices. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves so much that we didnt want to leave. Whenever I come bak to Cleveland, I will definitely be staing at the Days Inn. I couldnt see myself staying anywhere else.

While traveling throug the delta in oct 2006 , we stayed here for 1 night. i had most other places booked but decided to wing this one. we wanted to go to po' monkey's in merigold , and figured cleveland would be a stopping point. I should have turned and left when entering the lobby there was a bucket on the floor to catch water from a leaking roof. The room when we entered smelled like a porta potty, so i opened the door to no avail.Since we were traveling for the past week i wanted to use the laundry facility, which was unswept and messy. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the towels were threadbare. After a night at po'monkey's the room was no better! Sheets did not fit the bed properly adn were coming off at the corners.
I contacted Days Inn corp office upon returning home , but it took a few times to receive any contact back and was told they are sorry, but DaysInn is a franchise and they had no control , but would contact managment at that facility. NEVER hear from them .
But had a great time at Po'Monkey's !!!!

I booked a group for a 2 day stay here. Instead of doubles, the hotel booked single rooms with a sofa bed for some of the rooms. Only after contacting the national office did the manager make an adjustment to our bill. While at the front desk I heard nothing but complaints form other guests who had also been booked singles instead of doubles. The hotel was filthy. Some rooms had not been cleaned when we were given the rooms. We found feces and pubic hair on the sheets and some of the rooms had used towels. Three of our group members came down with scabies, ringworm and a bacterial skin infection. No adjustment was made for the dirty rooms The staff was rude and unaccomodating. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!
