“Accomodations Need Updating”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 January 2012

The hotel accomodations, although clean and comfortable, need updating. Walls need painting, Furniture is very used, lamps have broken shades. TV is an old tube set, no LCD/LED sets. The Casino, although small in comparison to other nearby hotels, is adequate. I have to say that the machines are fairly tight. The buffet is pretty good, but the buffet set up is odd, with cramped table arrangements. If your looking for economy, then you have come to the right place, room specials are 30/night- Sun-Thurs. If you want upscale rooms, then stay at the Hardrock or Beau Rivage, just down the road a few blocks, also the casino is better at those hotels.

“Okay place to stay”

We stayed at the Isle last week for the second time. We had a balcony room that was nice and sunny the first time we stayed so I booked a balcony room again. When we checked in, we were given a non-balcony room and we didn't know this until we went to the room. We called the front desk and were told that work was being done to the pool area so they were not renting the balcony rooms due to the noise. We insisted on seeing one of the rooms and were given a room on the opposite side of the building from the pool. The noise was fine but we didn't get any afternoon sun which was a disappointment.

The rooms are tired and there are some stains here and there but overall they seem fine. We ate at the buffet one night and the cafe the second night and both meals were good. We got a great deal on the room and we might stay again if we are looking for a bargain; however, I prefer the Hard Rock down the street.

“Very nice for the price”

The Isle was nice, clean, good view, had a good restaurant can't remember the name but the prime rib was outstanding. The color scheme at the Isle was verynTropical so I really liked it, the casino was pretty good not the best but Hard Rock and the Bellagio is right next door so that was great. Everyone was very friendly the buffet we had at breakfast was just o.k but I'm not a big breakfast eater but there are better. You get what you pay for. Isle is not a bad deal at all. I would recommend it and stay there again....

“Isle of Capri”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 January 2012

My husband and I stayed for five nights. The staff went out of their way to help us out. The rooms could use some up-dating. The windows didn't open so we moved to the eleventh floor so we could have a balcony for a twenty dollar a day up charge. Again the staff was very friendly but the rooms were a bit dingy. The coffee maker was in the bathroom. I don't think we would stay there again, but for the amount of time we were in our room it was alright.

Room Tip: I would spend a little more money and stay at the Beau Rivage Casino down the road.

“Dirty, BLOOD STAINs on the SHOWER CURTAIN, and Noisy AC units”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 November 2011

DIRTY HOTEL with a BLOOD STAINED SHOWER CURTAIN
This hotel is the worst Hotel that I have ever stayed in. When we got to the room, it didn’t have a refrigerator and the carpet was dirty with stains. So I called the front desk and they said the refrigerator would be an extra $10. Also THE SHOWER CURTAIN HAD A BLOOD STAIN ON THE OUTSIDE OF IT. When I called the front desk about the blood stain, they said housekeeping would be on the way and that they would also inform the supervisor about the issue. After 45 minutes of waiting, I called the front desk again and they said that housekeeping was busy loading up the lining on the truck. Now you would think for something like this that they would immediately come to replace a Blood Stained curtain. When housekeeping showed up to replace the curtain she just peeked her head in the door and asked where the blood stained curtain is at. Like I suppose to take it off the hooks and handed to her at the door. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER stay at this hotel.
