The woman making the breakfast omelettes this morning didn't seem to have people skills despite the skill she put into her eggs. Didn't make eye contact, pointed at me to approach her with my food order and ignored me like she didn't hear me when I said a simple thank you. After the third time I said "thank you" she got the message and muttered a "your welcome" WHILE SHE TURNED HER BACK TO ME. Is asking for basic manners and PEOPLE skills too much to ask for a 12 dollar breakfast.?!?!?

A recent business trip took us to Biloxi, Ms. We stayed at the IP Casino Resort and Spa. While I would not call this a Resort or Spa, we had a fine stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The Hotel Casino offered quite a few restaraunts, my favorite was "32". The food was elegant in flavor and presentation and the atmosphere took you out of the Casino and into a dining experience.
The only complaint I had was with the cigarette smoke throughout the Hotel. No smoking in the rooms, it didn't matter...
For this reason, I am not interested in going back.

I had not stayed at IP for several years and from the moment we arrived I was impressed at the cleanliness and upkeep. The front desk moved quickly and employees throughout the hotel were friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The casinos are on two floors and one can easily find what they are looking for. Room was comfortable, clean and roomy. My only disappointment was the quality and choices at the breakfast buffet, but that is sometimes a matter of personal preferences. Would I recommend staying at IP, absolutely.

We stayed for 3 nights right before NYE. We were on the 6th floor. No noise at all. Room was clean and spacious. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. View was bad but I dont care about that. Elevators were a little slow but it was busy. We ate twice at the cafe, forgot the name-sorry, and the food was great. Coffee stand in lobby was good and hot. Beds were very comfy. Flat screen was nice. They have a non-smoking casino area (slots only) with quite a few machines. It was pretty empty most times. The smoking casino floor was always busy..... could NOT get cocktail service while palying at all. I was so thirsty and just wanted a water and had to leave the machine I was playing..that was the ONLY negative. Lots of table games..lowest was $5. Glenda was good to me on the W-OZ slots- put in 100- 1st spin at max bet at 3bucks and she gave me $580.00... Of course I donated it all back over the trip. I would definately go back. I did want to see the pool deck but was closed for the season. I really liked it and hope to return someday for the pool weather.
