Stayed here for a long weekend and was very happy with the choice. It was in a quiet section of Biloxi, across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. There were two other close by casinos-- the Isle and the Palace. Check in was a breeze. The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact, every person that worked there, from the front desk, to the casino, to the restaurant, to the valets, and to housekeeping--all were very nice and hospitable. The staff was top notch.

The casino was what you would expect. It was loud and smoky. The breakfast buffet was excellent and a very good price. Many options on the buffet and very good value.

The bedroom was a good size as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was very comfortable.

The price was great and is a great value for the money. I will definitely stay at the Grand again.

The walls ar paper thinWe booked our room and and when we got there the rate had went up, we were charged additional taxes, and the hotel had overbooked and we didn't get the room we booked. When we got up to make coffee the top of the pot looked like it had snot in it. The hotel only had about 8 channels, none of which were anything other than news. The internet didn't work either. Upon check out we were told we had an additional 85 dollar charge. After getting irrate and yelling it was miraculously taken off. The walls are paper thin and every noise was amplified. They did however have a decent buffet.

Always look forward to staying at the Grand. Our first vist was when we brought our families down to Gulfport for our son and daughter-in-law's wedding. Perfect place for families with children. Separate entrance to hotel so kids did not have to walk through casino. Clean, well appointed rooms. Beautifully maintained outdoor pool offering daily cabana rentals. Casino is comfortable and the offerings parallel those of the larger casinos on the strip. Have stayed there many times since and always look forward to service at the front desk as well as the greetings from all the staff throughout our stay.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I don't know where to find the words. My whole family booked into this hotel for a few day to come together in a time of great sorrow for us all. The staff went out of their way to make this just so pleasent a stay. This is just not a Casino...this is a place that treats you like family. A Great Big THANK YOU to Rebecca at the front desk, to Jamie at the lounge bar, to Scotty the Limo driver... How can you express so much that is in your heart?? Rebecca, you are the best and I wish you all the best...Jamie, you made all of us smile...Scotty, your smile takes the cake!! To the whole staff at this Hotel, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You !!! Everyone should visit. I need to give a great big and heart felt Thanks to Rebecca, you don't find people like her every day. Thank You All So Very Much!!!
