I just want to say Thank You to the entire staff at this hotel but also the Hampton Inn rewards program staff. We left our home early due to a big winter storm, which we wanted to avoid, and changed not only the date of our hotel reservation, but also the location we would be staying at. The Hampton Inn batesville greeted my family warmly even though we arrived at 2 am and allowed us a late check out, the room was great, breakfast and staff were amazing. Thank You Hampton Inn!!

Was looking for a Hampton hotel for a one night stay on the way to Nashville for a family trip. Never been to Batesville area so we were somewhat apprehensive about our stay. Upon registering we found the friendliest staff. We thought that was a good sign. After a painless check-in we were amazed when we arrived in our room. It was clean, no weird odors, and THE MOST comfortable bed that we have ever had in a hotel....from Hawaii to Las Vegas, to Disney World! What a pleasant surprise. They actually have a Manager's Reception that was better than Embassy, but no alcohol, but .....chips, dips, veggie tray, soup and crackers, soft drinks. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn, waffle maker, and a choice of hot and cold items. The difference was attentive staff

Stayed here for business and unfortunately it occurred over the weekend. There was a family reunion crowd in town which overran the place. My room was next to the elevator and ice machine. The noise was constant until the wee hours of the morning. Spoke to the desk clerk who just shrugged. I guess you can't ask for all guests to be considerate. Other than that, it is a standard Hampton. Ask for a room away from the road as well or you might get a triple whammy and no sleep at all.

The hotel itself is showing some age, but if you need to stay somewhere on I-55 from Grenada to Hernando this place is a perfectly acceptable option. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was road weary, it showed, and they were happy to take care of me.
