This is your normal Hampton Inn. Wasn't too busy so we got the cold pool to ourselves.
Liked how fruit and drinks were available all evening.
My only frustration is the pretty duvet on the bed slides off too easily!

Pretty typical Hampton Inn. Comfy beds, clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful as we were on a bicycling trip and wanted a place inside to store our bikes at night. They accommodated us with this request in one of their storage rooms.

We were headed North and decided to stay in the area so we could go to the Mall of America (disappointment but that’s another story). This is a typical Hampton Inn; every thing is as you would expect in the way of cleanliness and amenities. The breakfast was typical for this chain and the price was average for the area. I would recommend friends and family stay here.

I travel quite frequently for both work and pleasure, and I would have to say the staff at this hotel are top notch. I checked in rather late in the evening and was greeted by the Front desk clerk. He was extremely friendly, asked me lots of questions and anticipated my needs and gave me directions and recommendations to local venues. You don’t find this type of person very often at a hotel, most of the time the clerk just wants to check you in without very much conversation at all. The rooms have been renovated and are immaculately clean. The only area the hotel may want to consider renovating is the front entry way, but how much time do you spend at the front door??? I would definitely give this hotel two thumbs up for the staff and room condition.
