I shouldn't say never but only if i have no other place to stay. When we arrived the rooms were still not clean from the last guest and it was about 6pm. so we had to wait about 2 hours before we could go in them. even then I could see dust on the furniture that had to have been there for awhile they didn't have room service so if you wanted anything you would have to come downstairs to the bar and grill. Oh, cant forget how unwelcoming the front desk was when we arrived. It seemed as
if they didnt want to have us as guest. Also the hotel was very noisey even through the week. we had to ask for clean linen if we were going to get any. last but certainly not least they shouldnt even tell anyone about a nice continental breakfast because they might think they will get one. The TVs were old not one flat screen and in my bathroom there were ugly stains in the toilet. The bed was comfortable but had very hard time sleeping due to the noise. there was a hole in my bedroom screen.

Our stay started with them having our reservation name incorrect. I had phoned twice to have it changed and upon our arrival, it still wasn't done. We were quoted one rate and then told that our room rate had increased $25.00. We asked to speak to the manager, and this was then corrected to our original rate. Our first room was filthy and out dated, we were then offered another room which was better than the first at least. As we were waiting for room changes, a number of other guests were expressing there "feelings" at the front desk. The pool room was fine, and my kids used it for some time.

The continental breakfast was lacking! No coffee, no toast, a couple of danties, thats it. Apparently some one called in sick and there was no replacement. Not the guests fault!

As we were going down the elevator the cleaning staff informed us how drunk she got the night before. Not something we cared to hear!!!

After 2 nights it was time to leave, still no coffee, but there were pastries :) LOL

My advise, save yourself the grief, and stay somewhere else

Spent two nights at this location. Had a room with two double beds, could have been cleaner. Service at reception was poor. Used coffee cups in room were not replaced for day two. The deluxe continental breakfast was a joke - nothing deluxe about this at all!!! No choice of toast - just white bread, no bagels or cream cheese or fruit or joghurt, poor selection of cereal, milk no longer available at breakfast on day two. Exercise room not maintained - still one broken treadmill - see review from June. Would not stay at this hotel again.

I stayed here this trip as the hotel I usually use was booked out due to the Taylor Swift concert.. thanks T. This hotel was ok, nothing that would make me discount it from staying again. It's a little out from the main locations and is in an industrial commercial environment. Not a bad location, easy to get to from the highway. However there are no shops or malls to walk to.

The food from the restaurant attached is good, but the decor is pretty functional. Staff all round did their best and where nice. I was upgraded to a larger king room, which was nice. The room was spacious, and if you need a huge area to dress and put on makeup, the room was well suited to getting ready for that kind of think, with a open closet, dressing bar with mirrors and basin. The bathroom is small though which I thought was at odds with the rest of the room design. The bed was comfortable and pillows nice too. The tv was the older style crt.

Now the down side of the stay. This is probably room specific, but the construction of the wall between my room and the next room had a fault, there was a small gap at the top where it joined the ceiling. Really small but I feel there should have been a rubber acoustic seal that would have solved the issue, but that very small gap allowed all the sounds to come through the wall. I could hear every word of the conversations next door, so well in fact, I considered asking for another room! However the guests next door went quiet early so it was ok, until I went to bed and could hear their tv! Like I said this may be a room specific problem. Other rooms may be fine.

The hotel decor is ok, recent redo I think, but the air conditioning only just kept the room at an acceptable coolness. In the heat of summer it may not. Shower pressure also good.

I did use the fitness center, which is small, had a busted air conditioner, a busted treatmill, and had too much equipment in too small a room. OK if you were the only one in it, but don't expect that if there are two or more people, it would be very pleasant at all. Thumbs down on this one.

I did not eat breakfast here so don't know what it was like, but based on the dinner I think it would be ok.

Would I stay here again, yes at a pinch. Would I recommend it to others, I would say it may be a second or third choice based on location, but you could do a lot worse. Would I book it for a friend or business associate, no, I would look for better.
