I was staying for medical purposes and this hotel was quiet and comfortable. The room decor was in good condition. The bed fabulous. From my window on the 6th floor I saw the St. Paul Cathedral and St. Paul skyline, lovely during the day and at night the view was quite the treat. All front desk staff was knowledgable, with eating suggestions and directions for getting around downtown St. Paul. The housekeeping staff top notch in the attention they gave the room during my 3 day stay and always greeted me with comments and smiles.

The down side is food service. No complimentary or continental breakfast service at all. The one evening meal I ate there was poorly served, very ordinary presentation and cooking, and over priced. A big disappointment.

We had a great time in St. Paul and staying at the Kelly Inn was a big part of it. Great room at a good price and the staff was very good. From Brian the manager to Pao at the front desk and Jerry who drove us to the concert on his last day (he's retiring), everyone was helpful and nice and helped make our stay enjoyable. This was our second time there and we will definitely be back when we can.

Nice room-it was comfortable and clean. very good price.Staff was friendly. We walked to the state capital building to see the Quadriga statue( on the front of the building)It is a gold chariot with horses and a man & woman. We also walked to the Cathedral of St. Paul.We drove a
short distance to the Mall of America. St. Paul is a nice place to visit and when you go-- choose
thi hotel.

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The rooms were in very good shape and clean. The staff was excellent, helpful and very curteous. They even offered a shuttle to the trade show we attended and also offered shuttle service when we went out on the town for awhile. The drivers were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel offered a morning breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to find well made, tastey and hot breakfast foods waiting for us. We did not get to experience all of the hotel amenities due to our short stay, but we will the next time we are in St. Paul. We look forward to our next business trip and stay at the St Paul Kelly Inn.
