Staff is freiendly very accomadating, clean, and turn over of rooms is effecient and quick.

We were there for a family gathering - we reserved the Husky Room which is perfect for a large party group with a food prep area, 2 large TVs, and plenty of seating.
Our room was clean but very small. I didn't visit the pool but was told by family members it was crowded and out of towels.
The noise level was unacceptable - well after midnight there were loud groups yelling in the hall as well as a group of teenagers running up and down the hallway. We were close to the elevator and we could hear it every time the doors opened.
I will come here again to use the party room but won't stay overnight again.

We had a free nite stay at the Best Western through the rewards program. We printed off a certificate from our home computer. We heard the stay 3 nights/get 1 night free program was ending, so we 1st called the customer service number on the back of the card. We asked if there was an expiration date for using the voucher. Your customer service people said no, so we didn't hurry to use it. We always planned to use it for my wifes birthday present in January, 2012. That brings us to today. After checking in this afternoon, we were informed that the free night stay had expired last June. That's when Vanessa stepped in to help us. After making 4-5 phone calls, she finally got a hold of someone to help us w/ our problem. The end result is we received our free night. Vanessa was very polite and very helpful. We know things like this can happen, but w/ Vanessa's help, it made a bad situation turn into a very happy birthday.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel when we were in town for a wedding. We were on the second floor of the hotel near elevator D. The room was facing Division Street, which was nice that we could keep an eye on our vehicle in the lot. The room was very small, more than that, there were too many bulky furnishings in the room, and one example is the separate table for the ice tray, unnecessary. The bed was way to firm to get a good night’s sleep and you could hear your neighbors turn on and off the lights. Overall it was an average place for an above average price. We had the 30-day advance rate, and it was still more than $90 each night.
