We used points for our stay and the Roseville Radisson was half the points of what we would have used for a downtown Radisson, plus the parking was free. Yet, it is very convienent to downtown, uptown, museums and the northern suburbs. Just around the corner from Roseville shopping mall.

I like sleep number beds, so unlike others who have reviewed, I thought the bed was great. Axel's restaurant is the in house spot to eat. We had an upgrade, so were given one breakfast ticket per night for three of us, which seems odd to me. The breakfast buffet was not great. If not free, off the menu is a much better choice for your taste buds and wallet.

Dinner at Axel's was typical steak house fare. A great restaurant near by is Good Earth, which is a fantastic whole foods restaurant.

All in all a good stay. Nothing special. Didn't use it, but looks like a great pool area.

If you decide to purchase a package at this hotel for a holiday or special event, be sure you get everything in writing and do not book over the phone. We spent nearly $400 for a New Years Eve package last week and were told all of the amenities we would get via their website. We did not get what we paid for and when I called customer service, they said that we purchased a different package than what we actually did, resulting in fewer amenities. The room was not an 'executive room', we did not get the top-shelf drinks we paid for (and the bartender condescendingly made me aware of that) and got a bill for the bloody marys and mimosas that were to be included with our breakfast. At 4 pm, they were still scrambling to clean rooms for guests who were checking in and I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to get information on our package (they had 4 kiosks for assisting guests, only 2 people were working on New Years Eve?). Oh, and in case you're wondering, we reserved this over the phone and received no confirmation, so it's our word against theirs on what package we intended to purchase. For $400, this was a waste. For our troubles, we are getting a $25 gift certificate to the hotel or TGI Friday's....yippee.

Friendly check-in and room was very nice. Wi-fi worked...not quick, but fine. Not sure why there is a lot of positive reviews on the beds. We were not impressed, but slept fine. Room was quiet. Staff was very accomodating. Easy access to the highway to go into downtown or out to the suburbs. Several good restaurant choices in the area.

I've stayed at this Radisson many times, but it didn't seem as customer friendly as it was this past weekend.
Our room was clean with very comfy Sleep Number beds. The best part of our stay was our dining experience at Axel's. The steaks were tasty, the vegetables fresh and steamed to perfection. The staff very attentive and personable. Everyone was smiling and greeted us as we passed. It was just a welcoming, cheery place!
