We had no complaints about this hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean. Sure, the breakfast area is small but really, a small inconvenience. I would stay here again.

I ended up getting sick on the road and stayed here for three days while I recouped. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I had no complaints. The price I felt was great in comparison to other locations and the hotel itself was not run down, dirty or anything like that. I was very pleased with it. Absolutely no complaints

This hotel didn't seem like it would be nice when we went in but it was very nice. They just redid their lobby and also they have a swimming pool and a hot tub. The hot tub is so nice and it's very big. This swimming pool is nice at warm and a pretty good depth. The rooms were alright, everything was nice except for the bed spread it's just old fashion...but with a big but the the bed itself and everything but the main comforter was very nice! The people at the front desk were very friendly and they helped us find numbers for great nice places to eat. Also incase we got hungry for a snack later they had a great location of being right next to a taco bell and burger king. Also while we were swimming the property owner came and talked to us and had a great discussion and was very friendly with us. So you felt like you knew the people well enough at the hotel to say hi in the morning. Oh yeah and their contienetal breakfast they had french toast. It was an alright amount but good enough for the price. The hotel was cheap and it was a great stay. I definately recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel two nights. The outside weather was in the 90's and the airconditioner didn't seem capable of overcoming it, as well as being noisy. The room was very warm and humid - the linens felt damp. The breakfast bar was a joke. They have this tiny little counter in an area where there are also several snack and drink machines and a washer and dryer. Two people couldn't get breakfast in this are without banging into each other and there wasn't much selection anyway. It was a shame because the outside of this building is reasonably appealing and the lobby is very nice for a Super 8. It's also about a 10 minute drive from the Albertville outlet mall.
