“Great Location Downtown Rochester”

My wife and me stayed here while attending "Social Ice" ..
I come to Rochester alot but never spend the nite.
Kahler Grand Hotel is very nice "classy" place,
They are pleasant and friendly at the front desk person to housekeeping..
I cheaped out and got a smaller room, that was clean, for the most part quiet,
Walking distance to a lot if you want to play in downtown Rochester..
And, if you decide to attend Social Ice, it is the place to stay since it's in the park next to the hotel.

“The best I have stayed in!”

All hotels should be like this!!!!!!!!!! I was here for medical treatment for my wife and we were treated like royality.

Room Tip: If needed ask for a handicapped room, they are fantastic.

“Noisy”

Check in and out was well handled, room and premises were clean and well maintained. Room noise was a BIG problem. I could easily hear conversations from the rooms on both sides of me, let alone their television. Difficult to sleep. Television remote only worked part of the time. Water in the shower fluctuated from hot to cold to hot many times. No problems with Wi-fi. I ended up only staying one night (had planned to stay three). If I had to stay in town another night, I would have moved hotels because of the noise. The location in relation to the Mayo can get better.
