My family and I recently stayed at the Courtyard, as a family member had surgery at St. Mary's. The room was great with a microwave and frig.There is also a one cup coffee maker in the room(wish they had a regular one) but they have coffee in the lobby also.
So convenient to the hospital though, can run back and forth if need to. There are a couple of restaurants right down the street, so you don't have to leave the area.
Was a real comfort knowing I had such a nice place to go to, at the end of a stressful day at the hospital!

Great Value! Won this off of Priceline for 59.00-Stayed 2 nights. The room, the room, the room. I was put in an exceptional room. I like nice rooms, for me not much else matters. When you are staying at a place like the Mayo area and the one cheery thing you have is a room, then the room is what will bring me back. This was the BEST room I have stayed in yet. I have stayed in a wide range and most I ahve not bthered to review on. This room was awesome. It was LARGE, Great Kitchen nook area, Large bathroom, balcony, Super Large desk ( great for me to work), Fast internet, Very modern!, Pillows, pillows, pillows, great beds and bedding (the room was that of a Marriott without the Courtyard and high price). Kudos to management.
Parking was 4.00 and had ample room. Both the kitchen and bar are very small, food was pretty good and not priced over the top. For the money really good Value, I would pay the full asking price fo this one.

We splurged a bit with a suite, and it was very worthwhile. Very roomy with great flat screen TVs in each area. Everything was clean and neat; the bathroom was commodious and well kept. Staff at reception desk was friendly and courteous. $4.00 for parking seemed a bit greedy considering the price of the suite. Bedroom fan was a bit noisy as it turned on and off which can be solved just running it constantly Elevators strangely slow. These minor issues did not detract from a great place to stay.

Located across the street from the hospital it is a no brainer for access to the hospital. What was a pleasant surprise was what a fine hotel it is with a very acceptable restaurant as a bonus. Clean, modern and well run it is everything one could ask for at a fair price. Highly recommended.
