A little disappointed in my stay. We accidentally left our nook tablet charger in a room a one night and it was returned to us. But when we accidentally left our Nook tablet the staff could not come up with it. I was very dissapointed that one night they were very honest, and what a change the next night we could not get our Nook tablet returned. This will be a good paper weight I guess for the person who has it. Very disappointed!!!!

Great location if you wish to stay close to St. Mary's hospital! Suite was clean and spacious. Suite amenities made for a much more comfortable stay than a regular hotel room. Many of the guests seemed to be return guests and were greeted enthusiastically when they arrived. Much different experience than most hotels. Competent and caring staff who also shared helpful information about restaurants, Mayo admissions etc.! Would definitely return. Weather was nice during my trip but on colder days I would park underground vs. in the back parking lot. Did not use pool.

The hotel was darling, the rooms were spacious, great beds & pillows. There were 6 of us in a 2 bedroom suite & we were not on top of each other! Bathrooms were clean & spacious as well. Would totally recommend this place!!

If you need care at the Mayo Clinic's St. Marys hospital, this is an incredible choice for you prior to admission to the hospital and for your family traveling with you while you are hospitalized. The other five star reviews capture our experience, but I would add this.

The day I was being released from the hospital, my wife became ill and unfit to drive me home (I wasn't permitted to drive for a month following my surgery.) Charmagne, the Staybridge manager, called my room at St. Mary's and explained the situation and offered to assist my wife over to the hospital to "get checked out". Next thing I knew Charmagne and my wife appeared at my hospital room door! In the end, my wife felt better but still not prepared to drive so Charmagne made instant arrangements for us to spend another night at the Staybridge. The next day we were able to drive home.

We are so grateful for Charmagne and her staff for their warmth and assistance during our stay!
