This place is a dump! I picked up a roach I found in the room with a napkin and brought it to the front desk. They were completely uninterested. They seemed to be aware of the issue but helpless to do anything about it.

Stayed two nights on a business trip. I pre-paid thru Orbitz and needed to leave one night early. Orbitz didn't want to refund me for the unused night but the clerk gave helpful advice and I got my money refunded.

Had some problems with the wi-fi, but the clerk was very helpful and personally took my computer and showed me the setting changes I needed.

The room was exceptionally quiet, & well lit. Excellent free breakfast and the 24 hour coffee was great when I departed at 5 AM for my early flight.

We stayed at this motel during our visit to the Mall of America. It was okay but we thought the mall was within walking distance, not! Shuttle service left alot to be desired, so we drove every day. Breakfast needed some variety, boring.
Staff was friendly and motel was clean, bed comfortable, pool area nice. Worst problem was the ice machine was always empty but they said someone was coming to work on it. I guess it was good for the value.

We spent Labor Day weekend (2004) at the Mall of America and stayed at this Americinn. What a great place to stay. The staff was wonderful, always helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with this hotel and will stay here again.
