The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Pillows on the bed were basically travel sized pillows, if you roll over during the night you roll right off the pillow. Stayed in a jacuzzi suite. Filled the Jacuzzi and the water was yellow/orange. Cleared up after a while (maybe the city flushed hydrants close by) there was lots of hair in and around the Jacuzzi from previous guests. The trains were hourly throughout the night, luckily I grew up near a rail-road track and was used to it, can't say the same for my girlfriend that didn't get any sleep because of the trains.

Needless to say, the quality and comfort of the Comfort Suites in Ramsey, MN doesn't compare to the usual of a number of other hotels and chains. I will stick with Holiday Inn from now on.

I stayed there on the 4th of August 2008 i had a great stay nice hotel good location very clean, beds were nice pillows were good internet was perfect, but what really stood out was the great guest service the young lady who checked me in Jenney is a credit to hotel guest service industry she was helpfull from the word go she went out of her way to find me a route to the airport print it out mark it write down the instructions and then posted it through my guest room door, now that is what you call going beyond the call of duty.
Its a shame more hotels do not have people like that working for them i will recomend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed at the Comfort Suites on a 3 day business trip. The room was clean and comfortable as well as the public areas. The staff was somewhat helpful. The issue was the direct bill for our company was not set up properly. The hotel denied any wrong doing.The free continental breakfast was O.K The train the other reviewer was complaining about was not an issue. The tracks are across the street and the crossing gate was about a block away. I barely heard the train horns and none of my co-workers said it was an issue.

I stayed at the Comfort Suites in Ramsey, MN last week with my two kids so we could visit with relatives nearby. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is only about seven years old, so the decor is very updated. The staff was very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good with waffles, frenchtoast, muffins, etc. The room was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The pool area was kept very clean and the jacuzzi was clean and large.

My only warning, if you could call it that, is that there is a train that passes at least once per hour about 100 yards from the hotel and blows it's whistle as it passes, all night long. If you are a light sleeper this will likely keep you awake. You could request a room on the backside of the hotel, to help with the noise. The first night I awoke several times. So the second night I wore ear plugs and slept just fine. Otherwise this was a very nice hotel.

Also, lots of shopping and restaurants close by.
