Room was nice and clean, bigger than I thought. Hotel was very busy and lots of people waiting to check in, but we had no problems at all. Had to go down to breakfast early though if you want a table. Water park was nice.
No complaints. Would stay again.

We went on a Saturday evening with our two year old, as well as brother and sister in law, and their older children. The good aspects were that we had a family suite, which was ready about an hour before check-in time which was great so we could get an earlier start on swimming. The receptionist was helpful and friendly with answering questions we had. The room was large and spacious, with a fridge, microwave, and a table, and lots of room for kids to play. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the TVs offered lots of choices for channels. On the bad side, there was no dishes, silverware, or glasses in the cupboards which was annoying. Also, with the toilet, shower, and vanity all being in the same bathroom, it got a bit congested...it would be nice if they had a seperate sink/vanity from the bathroom. The room also needed to be dusted and vacuumed better. It was also very close to the arcade so we could hear the air hockey game right through our walls. I posted a seperate review on the waterpark.

We live in Twin Cities so we took a quick trip to Owatonna to stay at the Holiday Inn. They have a nice water park and accepted pets. Our girls were 6 & 4 so they we good ages use the water park. We had a suite and used the kitchenette. The girls slept on the pullout and we had the Queen. For staying there you go free meal tickets but we went downtown to a pizza joint and it was great! Go and walk by the creek downtown. Beautiful. Cabella's and a Caribou coffee are right next door as well.

This was amazing. This was our second time staying here and I love it. The staff is so friendly at the front desk and the life guards are actually watching the kids. We went on a Monday and stayed until Wednesday and it was quiet and wonderful. The kids had a blast playing in the pools, and with only a small amount of people there, they really catered to our kids needs. My son hates the fountains in the kiddy pool, so alot of times they turned them off if we were the only ones on that end. My daughter had so much fun on the water slides, I swear she was a part of them! The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. They moved our room from third floor to first without us asking. The staff in the restaurant were nice, a little slow but very understanding with kids and moods. The food was good and very affordable. We will be back again!
