I stayed here for one overnight three years ago, and one night last week. The hotel hasn't aged. Very well kept, excellent staff, wonderful beds which have an adjustment on each side for firmness. The only drawback is that the breakfast buffet is $9,95.

I use this hotel on a regular basis two time a month. The staff is fantastic the rooms are good, and the hotel is located next to 494/694 and 94. The staff makes every one of my trips a true pleasure. There are many restaurants located in walking distance from the hotel and there are a 18 hole golf corse located 100 yards away.

We had a blizzard today in Minnesota. 20 inches of blowing snow. I needed to get a room close by the highway so I could make it into work on time as the side roads were largely impassable. I stayed here and was wowed by the great service and clean rooms and common areas.

From battling through the snow, my car died and needed a tow out and jump. The staff were over the top in helping me out. They even went out to a maintenance garage and got me a full can of gas to see it a little more gas would help my car start. It didn't but the gesture was great.

They kept me company in the lobby while I waited a couple of hours for the tow truck to arrive. Nicer people with a more customer service focused attitude you won't find. I stay at a lot of hotels and I know top notch service when I see it.

The room was large, well laid out, and the bed was very comfortable. When I have people coming into town, I will definitely be putting them up here.

Wedding planner was great. Over night staff was clueless. Online price did not match quote guests were not happy.
