We stay at this hotel several times a year when visiting family. Convenient location and definitely best value.

The rooms are clean, although this time our bed sheet was ripped. The complimentary breakfast is adequate. In the past we enjoyed their mixed fruit, yogurt and decaf coffee but those items are no longer offered.

Be careful on the treadmill - no safety key or automatic stop.

A hotel discount site listed a great rate for a 4 star unidentified hotel in the Woodbury, MN area. These new grandparents decided to book it for yet another stay to see our MN Baby. Turned out to be this fairly new, attractive Best Western on the edge of Woodbury but still conveniently accessible to the main roads whether local or interstates. The airport/MOA area was consistently about a 20 minute trip whether weeknight or weekend day. Lots of retail and restaurants were near. The hotel itself is tucked away on a side street which works for keeping it quiet. The whole hotel was clean including the room and bathroom, (most importantly.) The two king beds were comfortable in a spacious, well arranged room. We had a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and broken blow dryer which was promptly replaced. The breakfast was fine but with the abundance of great coffee shops, Granny took that option. If there would be improvements, thick abundant towels and cookies in the lobby. However, no question, more stays here especially when the rates are so good!

Have stayed here several times over the past 5 years, about 1 -2 times a year, for several days at a time.
Can tell they've changed owners lately but still is a better Best Western. What's up with the thin towels? let's upgrade those!
Convenient to freeway, like resturants across the parking lot.
This stay & the one in June, the hotel was busy, esp. on weekend. Could use more help at breakfast time, but after a few days, its good to go out to eat anyway.
Will stay here again.

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel in lieu of some higher priced hotels nearby for a two night business trip. Overall the hotel is a great value for the price.

Location
The hotel is conveniently located off the major highway, about 20 minutes away from the airport. It is also located close to supermarkets and convenience stores (there are quite a few convenience plazas a few minutes away). The surrounding area itself is pleasant- it is somewhat hidden from the major roads, but very appealing, quiet and clean. There are two major restaurants within walking distance.

Staff/ Check In/ Lobby
The staff was friendly and efficient. The check in was fast and I did not experience any issues.

The lobby was warm and inviting, very nicely decorated. There is a large breakfast area which connects with the lobby.

Room
The room was nicely decorated and clean. The carpet was stain free and the bathroom was clean. All furnishings and electronics were modern and updated. The bed was large and comfortable.

Amenities
The motel includes free parking, free Wi-Fi, a fitness room, a jacuzzi, and free, fully stocked breakfast. For the price I paid, and compared to nearby hotels, it was a great value.

This hotel is highly recommended.
