We stayed here on our journey across the US from the west coast of Canada in 2009
We were treated very well from checking in. The rooms were comfortable & clean to the standard expected from a Sheraton. Breakfast was great & the waiter staff helpful & courteous.
I would stay here again without hesitation.

We stay here almost every year since it is close to family. Although the staff are wonderful, we will no longer be staying here due to the worn out rooms that are filthy. I had to be moved from the first room they gave me as it was disgusting and it smelled. We are bummed as the location was great for us but I can no longer stay in this hotel which needs a long overdue upgrade.

We stayed at this hotel on a Travelocity deal and it was a great value. The best part of the room was the bed, they are excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful and assisted us with scanning some documents. It would have been nice if the room had a fridge. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The Sheraton Minneapolis West Hotel, is located in the charming city of Minnetonka and is warm, from the reception to the service, the staff is gracious, warm and helpful. Thanks to the team at the Hotel, really wonderful people !
The hotel is close to the downtown Minneapolis and close to the Fortune 500 office located in the area. Also, close to the Hotel is the Ridgedale Mall and other shopping centers !
