This Motel is located at an excellent location. Close to all the things minneapolis has to offer. Airport, Mall of American, Great American Water Park. The room was clean. The sheets and furniture were like new and had no trouble when requested extra towels. The bathroom was neat and clean and did not have any trouble at all. The price, location and service cannot be beat. The front desk manager was very helpful while check in and check out.

A friend who dropped in from out of town and needed a room at short notice was treated with utter contempt, as were we all when we attempted to intervene on her behalf. Every communication with these unbelievably rude people was a nightmare for the four days that she stayed there. We could not believe anyone who behaved this way could be in a service business.
Also the website says pets allowed, but they claimed they will be removing that designation soon.

Its a great place to stay, Near the downtown & Mall Of America area with a busline on the corner of the property. Clean rooms, great value with great comfort.
