Very modern, sophisticated atomosphere, without being "snobbish". Felt very welcomed. service was excellent. food/room service was very good, and room was very stylish. bed was extraordinarily comfortable. excellent quality for the price.

The Hotel Minneapolis is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms are very spacious, too. The beds have pillow-top mattresses, so they are soft on top and medium firmness for the mattress. Unfortunately, all the pillows were very soft, and I like a medium to firm pillow. The comforter was very warm, which caused me to push it aside, then later cover myself again when I got cold. I repeated this a few times throughout the night.

The shower was disappointing, because the water pressure was low. However, the water temperature stayed constant throughout the entire shower, so that is a huge positive.

It is located a block or two away from a parking structure, so if you want to save some money on parking, use that rather than the hotel's parking service. The car park charged $4/night.

This hotel is centrally located in the downtown area because of the connecting skywalks which prevent you from going outside. I've stayed at other Autograph hotels and this one was not up to par. The rooms are small and plain. This chain advertises a unique experience but the only thing I found special were the vaults in the lobby maintained from the original bank structure. Next time I'll go back to the Marriott where I normally layover.

I travel to Minneapolis a fair amount. I got a terrific deal on this place from Priceline and was delighted to get to try the place out. Really lovely. Food in Max the restaurant was good and the decor was spiffy. Room was very comfy. Only complaint was that there was no blanket for the bed so the heavy comforter was very hot ...in February! Anyhow I would pay a lot more to stay here than I did...hope this place makes it!
