When we arrived to our room, I knew that this was not a clean place. My nose stuffed up from the dust and the filth. At that point I thought I would go down and sit in the hit tub, and when I arrived there it was out of order and half filled with water that looked like 100 people had taken a bath in it. It was so filthy I did not even want to go in to the pool. I have stayed at a lot of motels, some that charges about $30 a night and I would give those a five star rating compared to this dump.

We love the location for our annual Thanksgiving trip. It is across the parking lot from Maplewood Mall and close to a lot of other shopping and nice dining. Nice if you need a place to sleep without a lot of fancy extras.

The room was clean and quiet. Last year the worn carpets were replaced. The staff is helpful and friendly. I'm assuming the hottub and ice machine being down are part of the ongoing upgrades.

Quiet clean room, nice location, friendly staff - building upgrades need to continue.

Will go back again.

We rented two rooms, one of which was a handicap room. The shower chair in the handicap room was not really a shower chair, but a plastic end table for patio furniture. My mother in law used this chair in the shower and it broke. She was unable to get out of the tub so she was pounding on the walls hoping for someone to help her. The front desk received complaints for over an hour and all they did was call her room. They never called our second room to let us know there may be a problem in the handicap room and they never went to the room--they called the room. The pool was horrible--you could not smell any chlorine and the water was a yellow green. The water was so cloudy you couldn't even see below your knees.

We arrived at the hotel, the outside had peeling paint coming off of the ceiling. We walked in the ceiling tiles were either falling off or brown. Went into our room there was some kind of bug behind the dresser and one on the wall. Cobwebs in the corners along with something disgusting on the wall. The room the continental breakfast was in was disgusting, the air vent had peeling paint. Would rather sleep in my vehicle than stay here again.
