My husband was staying here on business and I tagged along for the shopping. The room we stayed in had a kitchenette (which we didn't use), a sofa bed and a double bed. The bed was definitely small for us. The shower and toilet were in a separate room and the vanity and the sink were beside the bed. I found this annoying because, while trying to sleep, I had to listen to my husband shaving in the morning with the vanity lights shining in my face. The air conditioning worked really well. It was nice to have a full size fridge in the room. The hotel also offers free laundry facilities, free parking, free wi-fi, free breakfast (hot items as well as continental), and free appetizers on Tues-Wed-Thurs evenings. There is also a 24/7 convenience store in the lobby. Full-service housekeeping is only offered once a week (if you're staying >7 days). Housekeeping empties your garbage, makes your bed and replaces your towels daily. We were satisfied with the value for money.

Stayed here for a week on business. Hotel had free WiFi, room was very spacious with a complete kitchen and sitting room area. Staff were very friendly and most nights offered a meet and greet session which offered free drink and food ! Breakfast was fine but could have done with some boliing water for us tea drinkers !

Just returned from our stay (May 27-30) and wanted to be sure to write this review before our trip memories fade. We traveled with extended family and stayed in three suites. We asked for our rooms to be located close together and they were. The Staybridge is immaculately clean, with very nice, comfortable, updated rooms. We traveled with a baby, and the kitchen, cooktop, full-size refrigerator and all of the little extras included in the room (paper towels, extra trash bags, full-size coffeemaker, etc.) were great. Loved the pool, the dining area, the workout room, the above average complimentary breakfast, and the courtyard with outdoor seating. Loved the fact that breakfasts could be packed in to go-containers so they could be eaten outdoors. Also, coffee and tea available all day was so nice. We really appreciated having the use of the two enormous gas grills located in the courtyard area, and the staff provided grilling utensils for us to use. I think this is a pretty standard amenity, but the free wiFi was appreciated too.There is a complimentary laundry room that we saw but did not use. Most of all, every staff member in every department was warm, friendly and accommodating. Our stay could not have been more comfortable or enjoyable - I would recommend Staybridge Suites to anyone traveling to the Maple Grove area.

First - do remember to bring your bathing suit, as the indoor pool is great - clean and bright. The rooms were very well equipped and comfortable (good soundproofing between room, as I watched TV in one room and my son in the sitting room, but even with just one TV on, it was quiet in the other room); the location easy to find and negotiate (I didn't come to shop, but was lured to all the shops in Maple Grove, as well as the nearby huge outlet mall); the breakfast, included in the price of the room, was very good (included hot scrambled eggs, ham and waffles, as well as a multitude of other cold options); and the staff was gracious and welcoming (offered to get me a breakfast before the opening of the oficial breakfast time). The work center was handy, with a printer, fax, etc., which were all right there and the fitness center was clean (2 treadmills, an elliptical exerciser, a stationery bike and a weight machine), with a TV, towels, hand sanitizers, water, etc. There was also a laundry (a handy plus) and videos that one could check out (but $5.95 seemed a bit steep for that). I just wish that the breakfast on weekends would start at 7, not 7:30, but the habitual early-risers, like myself! Otherwise, a really great place to stay.
