This hotel is clean and well kept. It has a nice pool the only complaint we had was the water temperature was quite cold. The continental breakfast is good. It has plenty of parking spots and has a well lit parking area. It is close to a local Walmart that has a fast food Subway inside. There is a hometown restraurant called Swan's Cafe that is nearby and has good food.

Spent the night here while visiting friends in the area.
Comfortable rooms. Wish we would have brought our swimming suits- pool looked very enjoyable. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful. Someone always was there to be sure the room was stocked.
The only minor complaint- our room overlooked the balcony. At night when things were quite you could really hear the radio in the lobby. Would have preferred it to be turned down at night while guests were sleeping.

My boyfriend and I were trying to make our way home from a trip to the Twin Cities when decided we were too tired to drive. We pulled over at the first hotel we saw, which happened to be this AmericInn. The place was wonderful! Gorgeous lobby, friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, CLEAN rooms, clean pool area, a well-lit parking lot -- we couldn't ask for more. Normally I plan trips far in advance to make sure the hotel has everything I'm looking for so I get nervous "walking into" a hotel. Not in this case -- The price was great, as was the stay, down to the hot, fresh breakfast bar. A+ !

We stayed one night, The room (2 queen beds) was very very clean and in wonderful condition. This is a very comfortable and clean motel, The public areas (pool & breakfast room) and general grounds are well maintained. I would recommend this motel for all forms of travel, business or pleasure. One more thing the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay which was 5/7/05
