The rooms were clean, good wifi signal and friendly staff.

This was a last minute booking with no issues. It's not luxury but it's not expensive either.

Was looking for inexpensive place near the airport - a little further than I expected but worked out fine. Furnishings in the room a little worn but good size room. Very nice shower head. Good assortment of breakfast foods. Very friendly and nice staff.

At approximately 12 midnight, I was awakened by door slamming, loud voices and whistling from next door. I confronted the individual at the door, and things calmed down for approximately five minutes. When it became obvious that I still had a problem, I called the front desk, which assured me that the problem would be taken care of. If anything, the problem worsened. I called the front desk for the number of the local Police, and was given a wrong number. I found the local directory in my room, and called the Police, which responded quite promptly. One person was arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct, and the occupants of three rooms were ordered to leave. We were refunded the total amount, but it couldn't replace the lost sleep, or nuetralize the discomfort we'd already experienced. This motel proved to me that it is unable/unwilling to control things under its own roof.

Stayed here June 27-30. When we arrived we notice a lot of construction trucks. Checked in and no one informed us on the Hot tub being out of service and no carpet on the stairs. All they had was a sign to take off your shoes, because of the new carpet. Not ' WE ARE SORRY FOR THR INCONVIDENCE OF NOT HAVING CARPET ON THE FLOORS AND SORRY TO BLACK TOP THE DRIVEWAY AND ALSO THE CARPET GUYS WILL BE WORKING AT 8 AM AND HAMMERING NAILS INTO THE WALL”. The hotel is in a alright area. Good places to eat right next to the hotel are Green Mill, Burger King and Dairy Queen. The hotel is 18 miles from the Mall of America. The breakfast is okay, if they don't run out. The hotel rooms are nice and the bathroom is huge. All in all it was okay, but terrible management skills.
