We asked for a non smoking room but yet the room smelled like smoke---we discovered that there was an enclosed courtyard outside our window with a picnic bench and ashtray and folks out there smoking during the late evening hours. That smoke drifted into our room via the air conditioning intake vents. I mentioned it to the desk lady in the morning and she said she was sorry and knew what I was talking about for when someone would be out front smoking, she would have to close the front windows of the lobby for it drifted in!!! The beds were fairly comfortable and the place looked fairly clean----carpeting needs replaced or else shampooed. Breakfast was okay but had to ask for stuff to be replenished.
