The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. However, if your not paying full price or you have a discounted rate the owner, Bill, doesn't want you there. We had a discounted rate and he flat out told me that he didn't want my business. I have never had a hotel tell me they didn't want my money. Bill defiantly needs to learn some customer service skills. My daughter loved the swimming pool so with that in mind I will defiantly have to think about returning here again.

The hotel was clean, the bed comfortable, and the TV was new and HD. Breakfast was very good, and the coffee/capachino was great. Stayed three nights on different trips, and would again in a second.

I recently stayed here on a family trip with 3 other families. There were 17 of us in total. The staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to use the breakfast area in the evening for our large group to play wii, cards and just socialize. The pool area was a great place for the kids to relax and unwind from a day of skiing and adventure. My friend has stayed here before and all the good things that he had told us were true. We will stay here again!

The stay and service received from the Super 8 Eveleth in Eveleth Minnesota was the more than I could have asked for. On my way to Lake of the Woods MN to spend a week ice fishing my friends and I were in an accident and ended up staying at the Super 8 Eveleth. The owners allowed us extra time in our room to use the phone, etc. to try and set up a rental vehicle since mine was not available due to our accident. When I found a rental vehicle it was an hour away, the owner drove me to pick this vehicle up free of charge. I can't express my gratitude to the owners by helping me the way they did, they helped make a bad situation feel better. If ever I return to Minnesota I know I will be staying at the Super 8 Eveleth each and every time. Thank you again for everything I appreciate you both.
