Second time staying here and we are going back this year. The cabins are nice and clean and the pontoon boat that comes with your cabin is a very nice bonus. Very relaxing vacation.

This was our first time staying in the area and enjoyed our trip immensely. The staff at Lady Bug was very accomodating. Our cabin was a one bedroom that sat up on the hill but we were able to view the lake from our cabin on our deck. The pontoon was an added bonus, though we did not have the best luck with catching fish it was wonderful to tool around the lake and relax.

We would not hesitate to return to the Lady Bug resort.

We have been going to Ely Mn for the last 8yrs for fishing. We rented the same cabin for 6 yrs, tried a different one in 2007 and then found LadyBug in 2008. I am happy to say we have ended our search for the perfect fishing vacation.
The owners are very friendly people. Very helpful, they even asked if we wanted their son to clean our fish for us! The cabins are nice, well kept, and very homey.
A pantoon boat comes with the cabin..which was great for my father-in law who is pushing 90. He can't sit too long in the fishing boat anymore so the pantoon worked great. Anyone looking for a family fishing vacation this is the spot.

Wife and I stayed at the resort for a short week, mainly due to the inclement weather which is natural for that time of year. We have no complaints about anything at the resort. Staff was great in all ways, the pontoon was a great addition, so we didn't have to pull the boat all the way from home. We caught fish and had a good time, hope to get back there in 2009.
