I am a frequent flyer here and have found the staff to be friendly and generous with "home town tips" on where to go and where to eat and what to do. Overall the loby is small, and more of a central gathering point. It is clean. the breakfast that is incuded with your stay is average-but WELL maintained and replentished. The rooms are comfortable and generous. Business equipped and clean and sure to please.

My husband and I had a 2 night reservation at this hotel. We arrived at 1:45 p.m. and were told that check in was at 3:00 and that they had no clean rooms at the moment but to have a seat and that one would be available shortly. After about 15 minutes, they put us in a room right beside the highway. We asked if another room was available due to the noise. They advised that we would have to wait a few minutes for a clean room in another location. We waited for a 1/2 hour!!! We asked to speak to the manager who reaffirmed the 3:00 check in time and gave a non-heartfelt apology. My husband and I are frequent travelers and while we understand the need for a check in time, we also expect hotels to have some flexibility as travelers cannot always adhere to the check in time due to flight arrivals. Needless to say, we checked out the next day into a nearby Marriott Fairfield at 11:00 a.m. (even though their check in time was also later in the day - service there was awesome by the way)!!!! To top it off, I believe I left an article of clothing there. I have left 2 voice mail messages with the housekeeping department of the Hyatt and still have not heard back from them. Really disappointing service for a Hyatt. Won't stay there again.

My husband and I staying here a few weekends ago. The breakfast 'cafe' setup is nice but the rooms are a bit shabby. We arrived a little before check-in time and were given a room on the first floor.This room was downright dirty. We complained but waited patiently in the lobby for almost an hour before we were given another room on the sixth floor (clean but also shabby). I need to add that the management did give us two free drink tickets for our trouble. The staff was very nice but seem confused by their computer system which made us a bit uneasy about the accuracy of our bill. The location of this motel is good--very near many restaurants and stores but is so oriented toward the business traveler that we almost felt that those whose stay was not business-oriented were not really valued by the management.

Was impressed with the smaller lobby area that is a reception/dining area in the mornings. Warm brown tones with leather syled furniture. Inside the hotel was clean and I would suspect that this has been a remodeled hotel based on the swimming pool that looked a little more dated than the facility. Room had a nice couch area, flat screen TV, fridge, etc. Not as big as some of the other suites I have been in, but very functional and nice. Would stay there again.
