I & my husband booked 3 nights Th-S. We left Friday morning to come back & find are room not the same, but not cleaned. A dishcloth was left in the frig. door leaving it open & we left milk in there. A coffee bag was in the freezer door leaving it open. A dirty towel was on the bathroom floor. I called the front desk a man comes up to or room & says no-one should've been in our room, it was not a cleaning day. We did not know that! I let him know that we were leaving & he said hotwire.com should be able to give us our money back. As we think someone planned on stealing from us. Luckily we took our suitcases w/us. The floor was really dirty also. Don't waste your money. When I said we were leaving he said he was The Hotel MGR.
