What a NICE hotel! Staff was SUPER nice. The room was wonderful - comfortable beds and lots of pillows! Flat screen TV, wonderful work area, nice tall closet, iron, hair dryer, all the bells and whistles a traveler needs! They also have a nice indoor pool with hot tub and a work out room! The lobby is large where we had a couple of meetings with coworkers. Breakfast is included every day and coffee is 24 hours! It's also centrally located to many attractions including the Mall of America. Highly recommend this hotel!!

We stayed 2 nights at the Hampton Inn and were very pleased. First, the people at the front desk were so helpful and kind. The room was very nice and the breakfast was good, especially the fresh donuts. We chose a king that had a couch which makes it better for watching the flatscreen tv. There is no restaurant nearby but they will shuttle you anywhere within 5 miles. It's a nice quiet area which we like but is still convenient to the airport, the Mall of America and to St. Paul. We will definately go back.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The hotel was clean, bathroom was a nice size, and the swimming pool water was warm. The hotel also had a continental breakfast. What I liked best about this hotel was Rafael who worked the front desk. He did an awesome job. He was very helpful. He arranged a shuttle for us, called the restaurant to let them know we would be coming to the restaurant, and also offered to take a group picture for us the next day. It's hard to find customer service like that these days. The only negative is that Joe Sensor's next to the hotel is closed.

The only problem is the lack of restaurant in walking distance if you don"t have transportation, otherwise the van drivers will pretty much help you in drop off and PU (ie airport and mall of America.
