staying here on biz trip, really helpful staff like the rest of the reviews, shuttle a real bonus, and foods good. Rooms comfy enough and free internet, cant fault it. pool looks good but its snowing outside....going to the mall today. Would return just because of the nice attitude of staff Jying, Samantha, Stephanie and Gina and a good bartender whose name i didnt get....good place good value good service

I frequent this place often for Stay and Fly when heading out of the cities. The rooms are not the most exciting, nor is the restaurant, but the service is just impeccable. From the shuttle driver to the bar staff, you will return time and time again. You can get a ride from the shuttle pretty much anywhere in the local area. The rooms are very clean and simple, and I have yet to have a poor nights sleep. I have heard they will be updating with the new ownership under Holiday Inn.

After reading some reviews I was aprehensive about making a reservation, pleased I did as hotel was good, staff friendly and helpfull, good location with free shuttle to Mall of America and Minneapolis Airport. One bit of advice; at airport no coutesy phone for hotel shuttle, however hotel shuttle is scheduled at the airport every half hour so no real problem.

Friendly Staff, Warm feeling in cold winter! Had excellent Tomato Basil Soup on premise. Breakfast were great!
