We attended a night event at the Metrodome and decided to get some sleep and make our 4 hour drive home in the morning so we did not fall asleep while driving home. We had a decent room, but was next to a meeting room which had a party going on in it. We called the front desk to report the loud people and slamming doors at 11:30. Nothing was obviously done because it continued. I tried to call the front desk two more times and never even got an answer. This noise and slamming of the door continued until 2:30 in the morning. We were told in the morning that the people were not suppose to be in that room that late but there was nothing they could do because we paid for our room in advance. So to them, if they get your money before you stay, you do not deserve a good nights sleep. I will NEVER stay here or recommend this place again. The only good part of this hotel was the attendant for the breakfast. VERY friendly and organized.

Everything at the hotel was great. They even have a shuttle to the airport or maul of america. From there you can catch the light rail into minneapolis and back to the airport or maul.

Stayed here while on a work project nearby.
Check-in was easy, very friendly front desk.
There was an inviting sitting area off to the side with fireplace.

Room was comfortable and quiet.
The fire alarm on ceiling started chirpring during the night because of a low battery.
Just one of those things.
Nice hot breakfast and was popular during the morning.
Only complaint was it was extremely cramped trying to get around where the food was during breakfast because of a narrow aisle. Everyone kept bumping into each other.
Really enjoyed the stay overall.

Booked via hotel website and was easy and accurate. Check in was quick and as requested. Hotel is located at south end of St. Paul Mn, and close to Mall of America. Directions were a bit confusing to find this property, it is located off the interstate a bit and in a light commercial area. Has a Mcdonalds right in front which was convienent several times during our stay. Liquour store about one block from hotel, easy walk. Had quick access to 494 which takes you right to mall easy to get off and back on to return from mall also. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast was good with several choices for hot and cold and choice of beverages, juices, coffee, tea etc. Also offered coffee though out the day too. Room was very clean and good size, king size with work desk, flat screen tv with lots of channels. Bathroom was clean, few tiles on floor were cracked and need repair, but was clean and well stocked. Shower worked well. Had great free internet, very fast! Also had a business centre with free access. Fitness room was small and in need of a good sanitizing, had bad odour. Bike, weights and treadmill. Pool available, but did not use.
