We usually use the MOA Ramada to park and fly, but they had doubled the price of their rooms for some convention. The Ramada told me that they needed the parking spaces, so that was why they doubled the price of the rooms. I was unwilling to pay double because they did not know to have a block of rooms and parking spaces ready for travelers like us. I looked online, and Days Inn has rooms less than Ramada MOA sells them for when they are not double. I booked a room here. The front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating, even calling us and telling us that they did now have room on the shuttle at the designated time rather than a time unacceptable to us. Note: the shuttle ( there is only one) runs on the 1/2 hour. If it is full, you have to choose a time 1/2 an hour before or after the time you want to leave, and it only runs until midnight. The rooms were very acceptable. There is a wonderful restaurant about 3 blocks away... Dolittle's, but no place in the hotel. However, I will now give my business to this hotel rather than the Ramada MOA because Days Inn did not take advantage of the conventions to double the prices of their rooms. It is a bit farther to go, but that is OK by me.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Located about 3-5 miles south of Mall of America on hwy 77. Park and Fly with them was easy. Note Shuttle does not run 24/7.

The bad...I asked for a quiet room and was given a room next to a family with 3 children that ran wild past our room to get to the pool. I finally called down at 10:30 (on a Thursday) to ask the front desk to calm them down and they promptly did so. They were very apologetic and the next morning moved us very nicely to a very quiet room and we had no more noise for 2 more nights. You can really hear the other doors bang shut nearby.

The good...VERY comfortable pillow top beds. Lots of fluffy pillows. The major highway was right outside the window and we did not hear it at all. Must have had great soundproofing from the outside! Very pleasant staff. Good breakfast and kept fully stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel on Christmas Eve. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pet fee is nominal ($5/day), but pet owners are restricted to a block of rooms facing the interstate. Sounds like the Daytona International Speedway. The front desk staff were unfriendly from the moment that we checked in and were unaccomodating when we requested a room away from the interstate. Overall, this hotel is a good value if you don't mind the noise and lousy customer service.
