We booked this hotel last minute for an overnight stay, it was cheap, and close to my evenings activities (Clyde Ironworks, 1 1/2 blocks away)
Lobby was a little sketchy, check in was quick and easy.
The room was quite possibly the most featureless room I've ever been in.
Here's what you get: A place to hang a few things mounted on the wall, a light wood colored combo dresser/desk/tv stand, Ice bucket, 4 plastic cups, 19" standard definition tube type tv with remote control, queen bed, one nightstand (no alarm clock), a 3' x 3' table 2 chairs, 2 bars of soap,and a few towels.
It felt very sparse and plain, but it provided me with a clean, warm, fairly safe place to rest my head for the night.

We were looking for something cheap for the weekend so we weren't expecting much...good thing! It wasn't bad... it wasn't great, but what do you really expect for the money? Location is ok, considering the surrounding area looks a little rundown but great access to all the major routes and takes no time at all to really get anywhere in Duluth. Bathtub was NOT clean and the room had obviously been just deoderized before we checked in (everytime after that when we left and came back we could only smell feet...and not our feet) but nothing that a little window opening couldn't fix. All in all, it's a place to crash. If you're planning on spending a lot of time in your hotel room this is not the place to go...but who travels to the beautiful city of Duluth and wants to sit in their hotel room anyway?? :)

Old, worn and filthy!! The blankets had cigarette burns in them and didn't look clean, the mattresses were grossly stained, the bathroom had hairs on the toliet, and the carpet could not have been vacuumed.

This motel was very basic but was fine for a night. It smelt in corridors somewhat but in the room it was OK. View out the window was of the carpark.

But for the money paid, it was fine.
