I was attending the Family Program at Hazelden - the location to Hazelden was convenient and with the Hazelden discount it was a great price. The toilet nor A/C unit worked in the first room I was assigned - they were gracious about assigning a different room and upgrading a little. I was in a first floor non-smoking room which smelled badly like smoke. All my clothing smelled and needed to be washed when I got home. I could also clearly hear the people in the next room going about their personal business which was nauseating. Thin walls! Continental breakfast was nothing special, but better than nothing. Enjoyed my morning coffee each day. Orange juice wasn't real juice and didn't taste that great. My biggest complaint is there was no security latch on the door which didn't feel safe enough for me as a woman traveling alone. I'd take the ironing board each night and prop it up between the door and the wall. If you're looking for inexpensive and clean - this hotel is okay. No frills!

Stay here for a place to sleep on the cheap. The price is low and the stay experience will match the price. I've stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions. I've found the rooms clean, and the beds sleepable but don't expect luxury. Continental breakfast consists of cold cereal, white bread toast, some fruit, a juice machine and a coffee machine. there's a good coffee shop a short walk away.

This hotel was originally a Super 8, and hasn't been updated since being built. That said, the facility is adequate for a basic bed and shower.

The free wifi wireless is very good however, my wireless link tested @ 3mbps, which is about the fastest I've received at any hotel.
