We had our wedding guests stay at the hotel because of its location. The manager has been very helpful and accommondating. They were able to reserve rooms for us for the weekend and since there was another wedding going on and there weren't enough rooms to our specs, they gave us an upgrade for many guests for the same price. They let some of the guests check-in early if they arrived early. They also went above and beyond to pick up a couple of guests from the airport. They were very friendly and they gave us a free hotel suite for our wedding night. the room was clean and cozy. we enjoyed our stay there and so did many of our guests.

Upon arriving, we found out our room had been given away even though we had confirmed our reservation the day before. A miscommunication apparently took place but luckily for us a suite was left and they gave it to us for the same price...after we said that is all we would pay for it.

Rooms need updating. The front foyer is nice and clean; so is the kitchen area but the rooms need a facelift and updating. Our view was a rundown rooftop. Eck. And the A/C was super loud when it would kick on. The free breakfast was nice but get there in time; they literally starting putting stuff away without a minute to spare and it's an early shutdown time. Not very friendly if you ask me.

The hotel was filthy- first room had evidence of bedbugs so I requested a 2nd room, which had large spiders- I killed 5 in the first 15 minutes. There was mold growing on walls in the shower and the toilet had not been cleaned. I moved the bed to check for bedbugs and found inches of filth behind bed, including a tv brochure from June 2009 between the mattress and boxspring- meaning that the bed had not been moved & the bedskirt/mattress topper had not been cleaned in AT LEAST 2 years!!! The hotel had obviously not been vacuumed in forever- cobwebs in every corner, even in public stairwells. The front desk staff were usually not at the front desk and were less than helpful- when I asked for another room due to bedbug evidence, the employee was annoyed and asked, "Well, did you actually see any bugs?!" (FYI: usually you DON'T see the bugs, only blood spots on the bed, which there WERE...) If any of the other hotels in the Chaska area had openings, I would have left immediately and taken my business elsewhere, but unfortunately they did not and I had to stay in Chaska for a wedding, and was forced to stay here.

Very nice property. Love the close proximity parking and even offers indoor parking. We were upgraded at check in to a suite for no extra charge. It was a HUGE room with a king bed in the private bedroom. Two t.v.'s a little kitchenette, etc.

The pool area is very nice. A tad bit small, but not a big deal. The fitness equipment could
use some updating. The treadmill is old and doesn't function well. Fitness room is small.

Continental breakfast is fantastic! They have an extremely nice breakfast area with plenty of room and plenty of seating especially! Nice selection of items too.

Overall, it's really a beautiful hotel - kind of a craftsman/mission style design. Very clean and well kept. We will be back when we are in the area again!
