We stayed here for less than 12 hours (as we got in late, then left the next morning to head to Valleyfair), but it worked for us. The beds were comfortable, the continental breakfast was fine, and checking in and out was fast and easy. No complaints.

This hotel worked with me for several months to plan an important family event. They held rooms for us, worked with us on pricing, helped with transportation between the hotel and an offsite event and provided a cozy and clean lodging option to those in the family wishing to stay at a hotel. The rooms were clean, accomodating and quiet. The manager seemed to truly care about our satisfaction and was friendly each time we contacted him. We will definately be back if our travels bring us to the Chaska area. Note: the KOA is close by in Jordan, and for those that are camping but need a hotel as an option this one fits the bill.

After being accused of "lying" by the hotel manager, he kicked us out of the hotel. If we did not have our stuff out of our room in just over 1 hour he threatened to call the police.
The room was dirty, and what appeared to be blood on the bathroom hook and handle. There was a cigarette hole (at least I hope that what it was) on one of the chairs.
The night clerk didn't know the difference between a spoon and a fork.
It was inconvenient for the night clerk to get extra towels for us,as she didn't want to get off the phone.
Thanks to the managers hostile behavior we had to change the plans that we had for the day.

Stayed here for 2 weekends whist visiting family locally. Found the rooms very adequate and the beds comfortable. Hotel was very busy with families and it was not always easy to find somewhere to sit for breakfast. Plentiful buffet but limited choice. Reasonable size indoor pool that was not too busy.
If you need this location will probably get good nights sleep and fair value for your money.
