Tried this hotel as a change from usual place I stay on the west side of the Twin Cities. Regretting the change. As a mid-range chain, they need to get the details right to stand out. And they don't. Bathtub drain was clogged. TVs have horrible picture quality for any cable channel (only local network channels have a decent picture.) Breakfast choices were limited (admittedly, I am a creature of habit, so when you don't have the items I usually like, it's an issue.)
I will definitely go back to my usual place.

Thank you very much for your comments regarding our hotel. I would love to speak with you personally to learn more specifics about your stay so we can get things corrected.
I do know that our cable provider did make some changes to our cable and we were in the process over the last few weeks of getting things corrected for our guests. As for breakfast we do provide a large variety of both hot and cold items on our breakfast so again I would love to speak with you off-line to learn more about your particular stay so we can make imrpovements.
