I was not happy with my stay here. The hotel desperately needed updated. The same can be said for the room, which was small. The hotel and room was clean, but again, it needed updating. The staff was friendly.

Thanks to Laura & Becky for making our stay at the Hampton perfect. Their suggestions of great places to eat and shop made our stay perfect. We would stay here again next time that we are in Burnsville.

Heavy-handed security guard was not just gruff with our children and others in our group - he was offensive. Would not allow our group of adults (5-6) to chat in the lobby and threatened to call the police when we tried to explain that we weren't harming anything. I understand the need for security, but ... this went way, way overboard. No problem, however; for our next trip we took our ten-room group to the Holiday Inn across the street and were warmly welcomed. In this economy, if you can afford to turn down ten rooms for three nights, well, I guess, that just shows that some guests don't really care where they stay.

Arrived after a long flight, the hotel is easy to find and fairly new.
Rooms are big, clean and comfortable.

If you don't have time for breakfast they have complimentary lunch bags availiable.
