My 5 classmates and I could not have picked a more wonderful place to reconnect for our 45th high school reunion. Our cabin was spotless and the staff was always eager to help. Meals were amazing. Everything you can imagine for a trip to the lake:beach,raft,canoe,bikes,volleyball etc. Be sure to hike the trail around Lost Lake. It truly is a magical place.

It's expensive and the staff and management make you feel like they are doing you a favor by having you stay. Don't bother! There are lots of other options that
Are more friendly, have better service, and are better priced.

We last stayed at Lost Lake in 2007 and are planning to go again in 2010. The only reason we haven't been back is the price - it's a bit spendy but absolutely worth every penny. The kids' program is wonderful. The beach is perfect for kids, and there are so many other kid-friendly activities. Meals are fabulous, and even the small kids are well cared-for (our server always made sure that little fruit plates were ready for our kids, then 4 and 1, as we sat down to dinner every night). The cabins were comfortable - we were in a larger cabin that had a full kitchen so it was convenient to make our own lunches as well (the rates covered lodging, breakfast and dinner daily).

Just got back from Lost Lake Resort and we wish we were still there! Staff was very accommodating for someone with a food allergy in addition to the food being fabulous. Cabins were private and clean. There is a private slip for your boat if you want to bring it. There are lots of activities for adults and kids. The food is definitely five star and they have an extensive wine list. We really couldn't have asked for more. There is so much to keep you busy you won't even mind there are no tvs in the cabins. Also, we are big fans of the restaurant Zorbaz and it is an easy walk away!
