The staff is freindly and nice. The rooms are clean and nice. They offer shuttle to the Mall of America and the airport. The free breakfast has many choices.

This hotel is situated right next to the Mall of America and Ikea. It is a nice hotel that appears to have been recently redone. The staff were very friendly. They offer a shuttle to the MOA every so many minutes. The breakfast that is free has plenty to offer. The rooms were a typical size and configuration. The bathrooms were alittle tight but not bad. I would definately reccomend this hotel.

We booked a block of 4 rooms including a suite, which we intended to use as a community room for all the families in our little reunion. The "king suite" is nothing more than the same sized room as a double, only it has one bed and a little half wall to separate it from the so called living area. That brings me to the living area...a love seat/ hide a bed with a small desk. No table and chairs. There was a dorm fridge which buzzed all night long and a microwave. Don't bother asking or paying for a kind suite at this hotel, because it is a farce. The swimming pool is a tiny area with such terrible acoustics that when children are playing, the noise is deafening.

stayed here one night, it's a nice hotel...nothing fancy, but certainly adequate room size and decent amenities (pool and exercise room). Overall it's a good value if you can get a room for the $80-$90 price range.
