One of the better Quality Inn I stayed at. Rooms are spacious and clean, nice bathroom. Carpet showing some aging but not too bad, comfortable bed.Flat screen Tvs slightly too small for the room size aprox 30". Breakfast could use more hot items, but not bad, I would say above average. Close to the mall and airport+ free shuttle. Denny's a bar and Walmart right next door. They do have extra parking in the back.. Good value for the money.

Was better than I expected. This quality inn is better than most (I have been to a dozen or so). Large rooms with couch and "living area" give you plenty of space. Overall clean and in good shape. Has good variety of breakfast including hot breakfast items. Not a lot within walking distance but there is a walmart next door which is nice. They do have a shuttle to the mall of America that runs each hour we used (5 minutes away) an saved us the parking hastle at the mall. Overall a great hotel option if you are doing the mall!

My wife and I were kicked out of the hotel after one night. They said someone had been smoking in the room. Both my wife and I are nonsmokers. When I told them that. They said they smelled smoke and if I had a problem with it to talk to management. I am a platinum choice hotels member since I travel a lot for my work. I have never been so insulted or treated like that at any hotel I have stayed at. Let alone a choice hotel. I would just like to say if you are considering staying at a hotel by the mall of america I would recommend staying at the comfort inn just a half a block east of the quality inn on American Blvd. Don't waste your time and money at the quality inn.

I trying to find a place close to the airport on my drive down from 2 hours North. Found them on Google and the price was right, room was clean, vicinity to airport and mall was perfect. Great breakfast included and they did have a shuttle (not needed). Price was very reasonable as well. I'd recommend this place for a short stay for very reasonable money.
