We moved here after one night at another hotel. The move saved our family vacation. The room was spacious and clean and bright, and the hotel staff friendly. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained .We enjoyed our week here and we intend to stay here again.

This hotel was very close to Mall of America, the interstate, and it was on an access road that had quite a bit of shopping and places to eat.
We had a 1 bedroom and it was very clean. We liked having the kitchen. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of breakfast food. We didn't spend a great deal of time at the hotel, because we were out shopping or visiting downtown. I would stay here again.

The hotel is OK. The room set up is quite nice. I'm in a 1 bedroom suite. It's nice to be able to shut the bedroom door and not hear the other loud guests slamming doors all night.

The worst part of this stay is the "Free High Speed Internet". I'm not sure why they consider this to be High Speed. The connection drops constantly, and when it IS available, it's hardly High Speed. I ended up tether through my cell phone with a better connection.

Do not stay at this hotel if you need to telecommute from your room. Also, don't bother bringing a gaming console if you play games online.

Lastly, for some reason Housekeeping seems to find it necessary to repack all of my toiletries when they clean my room. Every evening I find myself unpacking them again. I've never seen another hotel do this before. Strange!

This was the 1st time that we have visited mineapolis and this hotel and can't say enough on what a amazing stay we had. After a 9hr flight from heathrow (delta brilliant too) we were greeted with a courtesy shuttle to the hotel. This service is available all day and it also drops and picks up to the mall of America. RENEE checked us in and made my Mum and I feel that this stay was going to be home away from home! .
The room was immaculate flat screen tv,kitchen fully equipped with everything u need. On reception in the morning was KAYLEE who helped with organizing the final details on our shopping extravaganza every day !!and took care of our luggage on our last day.
Well the breakfasts again can't fault !! OLINDA brightened up your morning and set you good for the day . I don't want to forget the little chap that kept taking my plates from breakfast with a lovely smile. A MASSIVE thanku to the ladies I've mentioned especially RENEE for her hug after getting lost in the hire car xx These ladies made our stay memorable for two shopoholics
