Not a good experience on many levels. First, the hotel is older and they seem to be in another renovation process. The room I had seems to have been renovated, and it wasn't bad until i twas time to sleep. They had installed new HVAC units, and throughout the entire night mine ran, shut down for a minute or less, and then came back on, waking me up on multiple occasions. Either there was an issue with the heating unit or they installed junk.
They offered a "hot breakfast", which consisted of dried up bacon and sausage and waffle irons that stuck no matter how much anti-stick spray you put on them. I saw that in action and went with the grocery store donuts and frozen bagels. I know not to expect that much at a hotel like this, but the lack of attention to providing a decent meal with decent equipment and the hike to the breakfast room, next to the pool and reeking of chlorine, just added to the crummy night sleep.
I wanted to discuss the heater situation with someone at the front desk, but the two times I was there the lady behind the desk was too busy talking to the hotel's shuttle driver to bother with me, a paying guest.
There is a Courtyard next door and plenty of mid and low priced hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor ad choose one of them instead of this place.
