The hotel is really great! It is relatively close to the airports, it has complimentary transportation that runs every half an hour on the hour, and you can print your boarding pass on the spot in self service kiosks.
The suites are spacious: in one room you can work, relax in front of a flat screen TV, or prepare a beverage with some meal (there is a microwave, a fridge and a coffee maker in the kitchenette area). In the other room there is a very comfy bed, and another TV set.
There is a complimentary breakfast in the morning, and a complimentary Manager's Reception daily, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Metro Transit Train stop is right in front of the hotel, or you can use a hotel courtesy Shuttle Service that will take you to the Mall of America.
Fitness Center is open 24/7, and there is also an indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and a sauna.

This is a great hotel. Well appointed rooms with comfortable beds. Free breakfast buffet in the morning that includes an Omelet (sp?) bar.

Easy to checkin, checkout, and great friendly service.

My only problem was with their Wifi access. Unfortunately, as with many hotels, it isn't free, and you pay PER DEVICE. So I was there with my smartphone from out of country, and wanted to use both it and my laptop, and I would have had to pay twice. Not fun.

This hotel is clean, has great customer service and has nice amenities. It's close to the airport and has a free shuttle to the Mall of America. The train in front of the hotel will bring you to all of the bars and shopping downtown. You'll love the manager's reception at night (free drinks) and the amazing free breakfast. It's the perfect hotel for a nice trip with the family or while traveling alone for business. They were also competitive with their rates to get my business. The hotel gets busy during the weekends due to groups visiting the Mall of America.

As a family tradition, every August I travel to Minneapolis Minnesota. This annual event leads us to the one and only hotel we will visit year after year, Hiltons Embassy Suites. After 6 years I must admit that this hotel has never failed to provide superior service,excellent value and all around positive experience. When speaking of superior service, this hotel offers it all from the all suite rooms to the full breakfast buffet. Exceptional value comes in the form of 2 very unique services. One, the full buffet breakfast is included free for all guests and let me tell you it is one fabulous set up. Made to order bacon and eggs, omelets and sausages, hashbrowns, juice bar, cereal bar, fresh fruits and yogurts as well as pastry. As much as you can eat for the whole family. Secondly, the daily Managers cocktail party. Yes every evening between 6 and 8 all adult guest are invited to the main courtyard in the center of the hotel to enjoy a full bar and light snacks all free of charge. All mixed drinks, wines and beers are available and as many as you wish for. This is a wonderful way to unwind from a full day of shopping at the Mall of America, which I might add, this hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the Mall every 1/2 hour or so. I am a real fan of this hotel as it offers a great value for all families and business travelers and is located minutes from the Mall of America. The suites are spacious and very comfortable with plenty of room for larger families as they offer King beds and sitting room with a pull out sofa for extra sleeping. All staff are always ready to greet you with a friendly smile and eager to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this hotel for all families and travelers alike.
